REANA: a key element for reproducible analyses in PUNCH4NFDI

An essential component of FAIR data principles is reusability, which means capturing the whole execution environment of a workflow, including analysis pipelines, software libraries, and data locations. Within the PUNCH consortium, we have been working for integrating REANA (reproducible research data analysis platform) in our setup, to enhance scalability and reproducibility of scientific analyses. In this talk, we will show how this is smoothly connected to existing PUNCH resources (e.g. Compute4PUNCH and Storage4PUNCH, Kubernetes Clusters) and its application to some use cases from different scientific fields. There will be a practical hands-on session to demonstrate access and usage of the platform within an astronomical framework.
