Instructions for Authors

Oral Contributions

All presentations will have to be given in presence. Online presentations will not be possible.

The splinter rooms will be equipped with a beamer with HDMI port. Speakers are expected to use their own laptops and to bring along specific adapters to HDMI if needed.

Please, note that times allocated in the program include time for setup, introduction, and discussion and should be kept strictly.

Poster Contributions

The maximum space for poster presentations is A0 portrait format (width: 841 mm, height: 1189 mm). Poster spaces will be available for accepted abstracts only. Spaces will be labeled with the session name, the name of the presenting author, and the title of the submitted abstract. Posters will be up all week.

In addition we encourage you to upload an electronic version (PDF) of your poster to the conference site if you wish to make your poster available online.

The Welcome Poster Session on Monday evening invites all poster authors to shortly introduce themselves and the topic in front of their poster. There will be a voting and prizes for the best poster. All participants will receive a ballot to vote. Voting will be open until Wednesday evening. The poster prize winner will be announced during the plenary session on Thursday morning after the coffee break.
