The old population of nearby dwarf galaxies are ideal to search for the accreting white dwarfs and in particular the symbiotic stars. We have classified different types of symbiotic stars in many nearby dwarf galaxies using the data of eROSITA and XMM-Newton. We present our results of X-ray population study of symbiotic stars and also discuss some interesting and peculiar systems.
